We are a two person family team with over 25 years combined mortgage and real estate experience. We are enthusiastic people who are always willing to work with your company to serve and satisfy you and your client’s needs and concerns simultaneously.

Our purpose is to assist Broker, Lender, Title and Abstract Companies to better serve their client’s scheduling and location needs. We are available for settlement closings Monday through Friday 5am – 11pm, Saturday until 2pm, and occasional Sundays. Flexible appointments are a growing request from your clients as their schedules become increasingly difficult around the traditional 9-5 office hours due to demands of career and family.

In addition, we journey to your client or your office to suit the timetable preferred. We are available in Berks and 8-12 surrounding counties, as listed on the attached contact and coverage sheet. This gives you the ability to further expand your client base, while not having to add costly full time employees to your staff.

We are detailed oriented individuals with highly qualified skills and experience that we believe will compliment your business. All work is triple checked for completion and accuracy. We have knowledge on many different levels and aspects of the mortgage and real estate industry, including refinance, reverses, cash and full mortgage purchases to name a few.
