I am experienced in many different loan signings, refi, Heloc, LOC, Rev Mtg, Purchases, REO’s and settlement transfers. Other notarial services include witnessing for execution of Wills, Power of Attorney, child custody, divorce and many other documents that require an official witness. I am commissioned by the Commonwealth of PA, bonded, and insured. I am very diligent about identification provided by my customers. Current, government-issued ID is absolutely necessary. I have a Brother laser printer/scanner/fax/copier that is very fast and reliable as well as a dual tray Lexmark T642 printer. I am e-doc compatible.
