My husband, John Larson and I are both Notary Signing Agents. I have completed over 5000 closings, Jack has completed over 1200 closings. We have experience in Reverse Mortgages (applications and closings), Construction Loans, E-Closings, HELOCs, Purchase Closings, Commercial Closings, VA and FHA Closings. We are very flexible and can handle most last minute assignments. We will travel up to 100 miles. Counties covered: Fayette, Greene, Washington, Westmoreland, Allegheny, Somerset, Indiana, Armstrong, Butler, Beaver. Due to the slowdown of assignments, Jack is not doing closings at this time. Hopefully, things will pick up and he can start again.
