My name is Ruth Kennedy, I am a Certified Notary Public/Notary Signing Agent and have been closing loans for 5 years. I also work part time at a local High School in the Collegiate Affairs office helping student get ready for college! and I am currently working on a Travel Agent Certification with Penn Foster and the Travel Institute.
